Description: The background image is a Byzantine relief depicting a grape harvest.
The quote was taken from the Rubaiyat, a book of poems by Omar Khayyam, an astronomer and poet from the 12th century. His name means tent-maker in Arabic, the profession of his youth:
Khayyam, who stitched the tents of science, Has fallen in grief's furnace and been suddenly burned; The shears of Fate have cut the tent ropes of his life, And the broker of Hope has sold him for nothing!'
